Mandatory Student Emergency Contact Information
Parents: A letter was mailed to the home of each student detailing a new online system used to collect important student emergency medical information. An example of this letter is available by clicking here. This system replaces the paper forms used in previous years. It is imperative that you go online and input your child’s information. Until you complete this update, your child’s school personnel will not know about such items as allergies, medications, emergency contacts, etc. This information is critical to your child’s safety.
