Athletic and Marching Band registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now OPEN via FinalForms.
Key Deadlines & Requirements
Who: Parents of current 6th–11th graders planning to participate in any sport or marching band next year.
Fall Sports Deadline: Register immediately if your student plans to play a fall sport.
Pro-Tip: We highly encourage you to select all sports (Fall, Winter, and Spring) your student might try out for now so they are cleared ahead of time.
How to Register
- New Users: Go to avonlocal-oh.finalforms.com to create an account, add your student, and sign the forms.
- Returning Users: Log in, update your data, and re-sign the forms for the new school year. (Note: The attached picture shows exactly where to click for renewals if you have already registered in a previous school year).
- Physical Exams: Hard copies will not be accepted. You must scan and upload the completed physical form directly into FinalForms. A copy of the physical form can be found HERE..
⚠️ CRITICAL REMINDER: Registration is a two-step process. Parents must first sign up and complete their forms, but students must ALSO log in and sign their forms for the registration to be complete.

Summer Calendar 2026
(Grade 7-8)
This calendar M.S. Calendar shows our football schedule and important dates for the 2026 football season. Dirty Dozens and Skill Days are strongly encouraged but not required. Strength, speed, agility, and quickness training will be developed during these workout sessions. Players who make 12 out of 18 Dirty Dozen/Skill Workouts will be given a helmet sticker and T-Shirt signifying membership in the prestigious Dirty Dozen Club.
Five days of TEAM CAMP and four days of Skill Specific Camp have been scheduled and players need to realize that this is football practice. We will begin to install our offense and defense for the upcoming season during these camp days. Absences by any team member will adversely affect our team’s success in 2026! The Skill Specific Camp is a great opportunity for our Middle School players to be coached at their positions by the Varsity Football Coaches.
We will have two 7th grade and two 8th grade teams that will be divided as evenly as possible by talent and ability. We do not have “A and “B” teams. Our goal is to develop as many players as possible to contribute to the future success of Avon Football. You are part of an elite program that is respected throughout the state. It is your responsibility to appreciate Avon’s football tradition and continue building upon it.
